">Job Description
">As a Recovery Treatment Assistant at Recovery Solutions, you will provide medical and mental health care services to patients in accordance with Massachusetts Department of Corrections policies. You will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN), Chief Nursing Officer, and Chief of Social Work to ensure appropriate documentation requirements are met and provide effective input into clinical pathways and treatment planning.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Provides therapeutic care to patients, assists with daily activities, and maintains a safe and clean environment.
- Assists licensed nursing staff in providing direct services, including data collection, observation, and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Acts as a Specially Trained Observer for patients in seclusion or restraint and oversees patient whereabouts, mealtime assistance, and transportation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of experience in mental/behavioral health, and CPR certification prior to providing direct care. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
