Program Administrator – Leading with Purpose, Driving Impact
Are you a dynamic leader who thrives on building and optimizing programs that make a real difference? As the Program Administrator, you’ll take the helm of program operations, ensuring seamless execution in alignment with policies, contracts, and client expectations.
In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee resource management, strategic planning, and performance evaluation, ensuring that every investment delivers measurable benefits to the company, community, and individuals served. Additionally, you may contribute your expertise by conducting assessments and treatment services in accordance with your education, training, and licensure.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Strategic Leadership & Program Oversight – Set goals, establish objectives, and lead the overall direction of the program to ensure successful implementation and growth.
- Develop & Maintain Key Stakeholder Relationships – Foster strong working relationships with clients, corporate leadership, and external representatives to align program objectives with organizational and contractual expectations.
- Oversee Program Operations & Policy Implementation – Approve, interpret, and enforce policies, ensuring efficient administration while supplementing directives with clear guidelines and procedures.
- Lead & Develop Staff – Direct hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions to build a capable workforce that can respond effectively to program needs and emergencies.
- Manage Program Financials & Compliance – Oversee fiscal management, monitor budgetary processes, and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements to maintain program viability.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in mental health, healthcare administration or related discipline. Master’s or Doctoral Degree where required by contract.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or Ph.D./Psy.D. in psychology, social work, or administrative discipline, unless required by client or contract.
Experience:
- Preferred: Three (3) years in a management position.
- Preferred: Experience providing service to persons with mental health diagnosis.
License:
- Preferred: Current psychologist license in state where work performed, unless required by client or contract.
