SOCIAL WORKER LCSW LMSW - Outpatient Behavioral Health / Complex Pain / Addiction
We are seeking a SOCIAL WORKER LCSW LMSW for our Behavioral Health / Complex Pain / Addiction Clinic in Estrella / Phoenix, AZ.
MUST HAVE LICENSE AS LCSW or LMSW.
Recovia is a Privately Owned Behavioral Health/Complex Pain/Addiction Practice in Arizona. We utilize a Very Successful Integrated BIOPSYCHOSOCIAL PROGRAM with Counseling, Medical and Physical Therapy all under one roof.
