Description
Performs routine clerical tasks and welcomes members and visitors. Activities include greeting, screening, and assisting visitors; provide basic sorting, filing, copying or clerical services to all staff members; answer and screen phone calls as well as assist residents and guests coming to the Information Window.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform a variety of clerical duties.
• Answer multi-line telephone.
• Take and distribute messages for Administrative staff.
• Provide information about the organization and clubs.
• Greet and direct visitors to scheduled meetings and appointments.
• Keep SCW information sheets updated and ensure that the Kiosk is filled with current information.
• Enter and update data in computer; type a wide variety of documents, forms, and correspondence.
• Operate a variety of office machines including telephone, copier, fax machine, computer terminal, laminator, calculator, and printer.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Perform a variety of routine record keeping duties concerning mail processing, including assuring adequate postage balance, and ordering of postage.
• Maintains consistent record of acceptable attendance and punctuality according to policy guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
There are no supervisor responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Sufficient Training and education to demonstrate possession of required knowledge, skills and qualifications are required.
• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
• Must have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel, Outlook and Word required, experience with Publisher preferred
• Basic filing and record keeping procedures
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to ready, write and speak in English
