As a bartender, you are an integral part of the Recreo experience. Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interacting with customers, taking orders, and providing recommendations
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitoring customer behavior and ensuring responsible alcohol service
- Handle cash transactions and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food orders
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role preferred
- Knowledge of different spirits and drink recipes
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Familiarity with food service procedures and food handling regulations
- Experience in restaurant settings is a plus
