Seeking a talented IT Procurement Manager to join their team at their Corporate Headquarters in Park Ridge, NJ. The IT Procurement Manager will oversee the company's sourcing capabilities and supply chain. They will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of contracts, working with the indirect buyers identifying requirements for contracts, and being accountable that the contracts/agreements are accurate and meet the requirements of our internal legal team.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.***
Responsibilities:
The IT Procurement Manager will be responsible for:
Work directly with indirect buyers and legal team, being responsible for quality and priorities.
This individual will manage indirect procurement activities and project-based programs for new and existing contracts, including amendments, renewals, and/or negotiated acquisitions. Responsible for managing some of the post-award contract activities. Support activities and communications between key business stakeholders and Core System Vendors for implementation of new systems and optimization of current systems
Identify areas of process improvement and promote strategic relationships with business areas.
Manage our Contract Management tool.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Materials Management, Business administration, Public Administration finance or related field
Extensive knowledge of contract principles and procedures
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent administrative skills, excellent written and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excel or similar software.
Contract managers also need to maintain contractual records: digital- cloud-based software. Experience with working with Ironclad, our contract management tool is preferred.
