Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing and resolving inquiries, complaints, and account-related concerns through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers including order processing, quote inquiries, service updates.
- Provide timely, and accurate responses to customer issues and requests.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our CRM system.
- Schedule installs and manage calendars using scheduling software.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as sales and management to support, to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues. Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven customer service experience (1-3 years)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.
