All About You
- Qualifications: Maths and English GCSEs grade 9 - 5 (A*- C equivalent).
- Experience:
- Essential:
- You've worked in healthcare recruitment before.
- Experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
- Working knowledge of an ATS in your previous role
- Essential:
- Skills: Computer literate, and an experienced user of Microsoft suite.
- If you have experience producing content using platforms like Canva, this will be a plus.
- Mindset: You're passionate about recruitment and you don't subscribe to the 'throwing spaghetti at the wall' approach of candidate submission.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Sourcing: sourcing candidates for a variety of healthcare roles (particularly Allied Health roles). Many of these roles are niche and traditionally 'hard to fill', so you will need to have experience of headhunting candidates as well as using jobs boards/CV libraries.
- Screening candidates: Use your excellent communication skills to build rapport and effectively screen candidates, so we only send great ones through to our clients for review.
- Client relationship management: Regular communication with clients to keep them up to date on the recruitment process as well as liaising with them to schedule interviews and get feedback.
- Social media: Contribute to the company LinkedIn page with a fortnightly post on a related topic of your choice. You'll also get stuck in with designing posts (e.g. announcing new roles) for our LinkedIn pages.
