We take pride in being a reliable, family-owned business that customers can depend on. We are looking for an HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
Schedule :
- Full-time, in person (NO REMOTE)
- Office hours : 7am - 4pm Monday - Friday
- No weekends
Pay Range : $45,000 to $52,000 annually, depending on experience

Schedules calls and updates the Dispatch board, using knowledge of the surrounding areas.Ensures that the technicians have all the necessary information for each job.Partners with the Service Manager to maximize appointment efficiency.Follows up with customers and assigns open calls to the appropriate technicians.Confirms appointments and works with staff and management to resolve issues.Answers incoming calls and makes outgoing phone calls with professionalism.Provides excellent customer service to customers.Assists in general administrative tasks to support everyday operations.Manages the front desk area, greets visitors, and other general office duties.Our Ideal HVAC Dispatcher / CSR will have :
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a teamwork mentalityExcellent verbal and communication skills.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Understanding of basic computer programs (Microsoft)Positive attitude with a willingness to embrace change as the company grows.Knowledgeable about the surrounding geographical areasExperience with Service Titan is a plus.Education / Experience :
A high school diploma or equivalentDispatching : 1 year (Required)Customer Service : 2 consecutive years in an office setting (Required)Microsoft Office : 1 year (Required)Physical Demands
