WHAT THIS ENTRY-LEVEL DISPATCHING ROLE ENTAILS :
This is a full-time dispatching position with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 7 : 45 AM to 4 : 30 PM, with the potential for overtime. As our HVAC Dispatcher - Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers who need our services. Your dispatching role will include answering phones, collecting customer information, and entering data into our software to ensure the correct technician is dispatched to each job. You'll code time tickets accurately, debrief technicians daily, and ensure all operations run smoothly, allowing our team to meet customer needs quickly and efficiently. It's an entry-level position that will challenge you and help you grow, offering a sense of accomplishment at the end of each day.
What we need from you :
Must be able to pass a background check. We also conduct pre-employment drug testing. Any job offer will be based on the results of background and drug testing.
Salary : $20 - $25
