Kotarides Property Management is seeking a technologically curious individual to serve as a Business Applications Specialist for our rapidly growing apartment community management company.
This role is responsible for configuring Dynamics 365 entities, workflows, business rules, and security using Microsoft’s native customization tools. This role will also be responsible for working with the team to design, test, and implement, solutions to support needed integrations, reporting, forms, and customizations as defined by the needs of the business.
This role reports directly to the Applications Coordinator and will work very closely with our project team to plan, develop, implement, administrate, and maintain our Microsoft Dynamics 365 enterprise solution. This is not a remote position, and candidates must be willing to work co-located alongside our project team headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA.
Required Competencies and Experience
- 4 years of experience developing, customizing, deploying, and implementing solutions based on Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Advanced proficiency with building solutions on Power Apps including Dataverse and Power Automate
- Expert proficiency linking Dataverse with Microsoft Fabric to unlock insights and additional functionality
- Familiarity with Azure storage and capacity management
- Experience integrating external data and systems with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to the flexible and fast-paced nature of an Agile team with the tendency to focus on one feature/user story until the build/test/deployment is complete (“swarm”)
- Ability to work independently and excel with minimal training or supervision
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Build
- Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale Microsoft Power Platform model-driven and canvas applications for the following solutions
o Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement including Omnichannel/Teams
o Field Service Management
o Sales
o F&O
- Forms, views, charts, dashboards, tables and relationships between these components to streamline data
- Related Azure SaaS resources such as hub, grid, service bus, function apps, key vaults, and more
- Cases and related workflows/automations to comply with business processes
- Copilot knowledge articles
Administrate
- Security in Entra ID and Azure
Maintain
- External data integrations
- Azure resource functionality
- Copilot knowledge base
Document
- As-built Documentation that illustrates application workflows and processes
- Build progress and deployment
- Release documentation including features, enhancements, and fixes
