Position Overview RecruitGo is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Account Executive to join our growing global sales team. This role is field-focused, requiring a proactive individual who is comfortable with and excels at generating new business through a combination of outbound sales activities, with a significant emphasis on door-to-door canvassing within assigned territories across the US. Responsibilities : Outbound Field Sales (Door-to-Door) : Conduct regular door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories within the US to identify and generate new leads. This involves proactively approaching businesses and residences, introducing our products / services, and qualifying potential customers. Lead Qualification and Appointment Setting : Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and schedule appointments for product / service presentations with qualified prospects. Product / Service Presentations and Sales : Conduct engaging and informative presentations of our products / services to prospective customers, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions. Close sales and secure new business. Relationship Building : Build and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client organizations. Sales Target Achievement : Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Sales Reporting and Tracking : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads generated, and sales outcomes in our CRM system. Provide regular sales reports to management. Market Research and Territory Management : Conduct basic market research to understand local market conditions and identify potential customer segments within assigned territories. Effectively manage and organize assigned sales territory. Collaboration and Teamwork : Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales management, marketing) to ensure effective lead follow-up and sales strategy alignment. Requirements : Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to sales. Comfortable and willing to conduct door-to-door sales activities in various weather conditions. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Google Applications (or equivalent). 1-3 years of proven sales experience, particularly in field sales or door-to-door sales.
