Our client, a family office is seeking a dedicated Client Service Associate someone who is eager to build a long-term career in wealth management and grow into a wealth planner role.
Responsibilities:
The position involves providing exceptional client service, managing client requests, and ensuring timely deliverables. The candidate will also support general administrative tasks and act as a backup to the office Administrative Assistant. As the primary point of contact for both internal and external teams, the role includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. The candidate will collaborate on projects, assist with client meeting materials, and work with external advisors to organize documents. Additionally, the role involves managing and updating the CRM, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the implementation of new processes and technology solutions.
Qualifications
- 1- 2 years of experience, in wealth management a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Excel experience a plus
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Team Player
