Our Seattle client is in the first aid / health care sector. They are looking for a Sales & Territory Supervisor. This role provides service and support within a specific geographic market. Additionally, the Sales and Service Supervisor will be responsible for training, development of local personnel while filling in gaps in service coverage during absenteeism or when dealing with large projects and installations.
Requirements
- Must be willing to travel with overnight stays up to a week at a time
- Continue to have same Sales & Service Rep (SSR) expectations and service requirements
- Achieve monthly objectives for current route as outlined in the monthly bonus plan
- Assist in training of current and future SSR’s
- Conduct Goodwill visits and Secret Shopper visits
- Give development feedback to Sales and Operations Manager on staff members in market
- Complete 2 SSR Field Evaluations a quarter
- Be the go-to person for support in their market
