Account Executive - High-Growth SaaS Startup San Francisco (In-office) | Series B | Customer Support Innovation
We're seeking an exceptional Account Executive to join our rapidly growing customer support platform startup. As a founding sales hire, you'll have the opportunity to shape our sales culture and drive significant revenue growth.
The Role:
- Drive full-cycle sales process for our innovative support platform
- Focus on high-volume deals with early-stage B2B tech companies
- Manage inbound leads through demos, trials, and negotiations
- Build relationships through shared Slack channels and hands-on customer success
You'll Thrive Here If You:
- Have 2 years of SaaS AE experience with $600k quota attainment
- Excel at selling horizontal SaaS products to tech companies
- Demonstrate sharp business acumen and authentic communication style
- Bring startup experience (Series A-D, sub-200 employee companies)
- Are based in San Francisco and eager for in-office collaboration
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base: $100k-130k
- OTE: $200k-260k
- Equity: 0.04-0.06%
- Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k
Required Experience:
- 2 years as an AE selling SaaS solutions
- Track record of consistent quota achievement
- Experience with $5-20k/yr deal sizes
- Venture-backed startup background
