Role Responsibilities
- Lead strategic customer conversations and discovery sessions with senior stakeholders across Fortune 500 manufacturers
- Own the technical sales cycle from qualification through solution design, working closely with sales to drive $1M enterprise deals
- Develop compelling business cases and ROI models that demonstrate measurable value to prospective customers
- Guide customers through their AI transformation journey while building lasting relationships
- Provide mentorship and direction to growing pre-sales team members
Required Background
- 5-7 years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
- Track record of closing complex enterprise deals ($200K ARR)
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
- Experience building financial models and business cases
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 3 years of people management experience
- Outstanding communication and executive presence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, quality systems, or industrial software
- Background in data analytics, artificial intelligence, or related technical fields
- MBA or advanced technical degree
- Enterprise SaaS implementation experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $190,000 - $225,000 USD (London compensation adjusted to market)
