Enterprise Sales Leader - AI/Computer Vision (San Francisco)

What You'll Do
- Partner directly with the CEO to develop and execute strategic go-to-market initiatives
- Drive enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through closing with Fortune 500 accounts
- Lead expansion efforts within existing $50B market cap customers in consumer electronics, automotive, and energy sectors
- Represent the company at major industry trade shows and speaking events
- Help build and scale the sales function as the company grows
- Design and execute proof-of-concept implementations with enterprise clients
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4 years of enterprise sales experience, consistently exceeding quotas
- Proven track record selling technical, pre-RFP products in emerging markets
- Experience building and adapting sales playbooks for evolving products
- History of successfully scaling enterprise accounts
- Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex sales cycles
- Track record of achieving president's club or similar sales recognition
Preferred Experience
- Background in machine vision, manufacturing, or related technical fields
- Startup or early-stage company experience
- Familiarity with Python or similar programming languages
- Experience with AI/ML tools and technologies
- History of building and leading sales teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $120,000 - $170,000
- Variable Compensation: 70/30 split with base
