What You Will Do

• Lead Growth Operations: Become the cornerstone of scaling operations from 0 to 1, serving as the go-to person for tackling ambiguous, high-priority growth challenges
• Optimize Workflows: Identify friction points in operational processes and create streamlined systems that enable the team to execute with greater velocity and efficiency
• Manage Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with 100 ambassadors and partners to scale distribution to 1M users over the next 12 months
• Drive Scalable Systems: Develop and implement scalable processes across diverse customer-facing channels
• Navigate Ambiguity: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where ownership and initiative are essential to success

Ideal Candidate Background

• 0-2 years of experience in growth or operations roles, preferably at an early-stage consumer tech startup
• Demonstrated ability to build systems and processes from the ground up
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of navigating ambiguous situations
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
• Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action and ownership
• Passion for consumer technology and social connectivity applications
