Drive end-to-end ownership of self-serve customer acquisition, activation, and revenue growthDevelop and execute creative growth strategies across multiple channelsBuild and optimize marketing funnels with a focus on both self-serve and enterprise segmentsLaunch and measure growth experiments with rapid iterationCreate and manage email marketing campaigns focused on activation and retentionCollaborate with sales to refine ideal customer profiles and identify growth opportunitiesImplement data-driven strategies to scale user acquisition and engagementIdeal Candidate Background
4 years of growth marketing experience, with significant time spent at early-stage technology startupsProven track record of driving significant revenue growth (ideally $1M to $10M ARR)Experience building marketing systems and strategies from the ground upStrong background in both self-serve and sales-led growth motionsDeep expertise in multiple growth marketing channels and strategiesExperience marketing technical products to diverse audiencesPreferred Qualifications
Experience with AI / ML products or developer-focused solutionsBackground in video marketing or viral growth loopsTrack record of successful community buildingExperience scaling marketing operations with small teamsCompensation & Benefits
