The Senior Marketing Strategist will be responsible for driving optimization across all channels through sophisticated A/B testing and analytics, collaborating with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with company objectives, and championing marketing technology innovation, leveraging AI and machine learning to enhance customer experiences.
The successful candidate will also oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital performance marketing, brand development, and community engagement. A background in both D2C and retail marketing is highly valued, as is experience with data-driven decision making and advanced analytics.

* 10 years of progressive marketing experience
* Proven track record leading performance and brand marketing teams
* Expertise in digital marketing, including paid search, social, SEO, and email
* Background in both D2C and retail marketing
* Experience with data-driven decision making and advanced analytics
