What You'll Do
- Lead the development of AI-powered automation solutions that transform complex logistics workflows
- Build and architect intelligent systems that process documents, handle customer interactions, and streamline operations
- Design scalable solutions using Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL
- Collaborate with a high-impact team to deliver mission-critical features
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture decisions
- Interface with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Ideal Background
- 5 years of full-stack engineering experience
- Strong technical implementation skills across frontend and backend development
- Track record of building and shipping innovative products

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $200,000 - $270,000
- Equity: 0.1-0.15% (Series B valuation)
