Base Salary: $165K - $175K Competitive Equity
The Role: As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be the technical bridge between enterprise customers and our client's groundbreaking AI platform. This is a highly visible role where you'll work directly with enterprise CTOs and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of AI solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Drive enterprise customer implementations from kickoff to success
- Partner closely with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth deployments
- Lead technical workshops and implementation calls with engineering teams
- Build and optimize conversational AI pathways
- Provide creative solutions for complex enterprise integrations
- Support sales teams with technical expertise during customer calls
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in customer success, sales engineering, or software engineering
- Strong technical background with full-stack capabilities (React, APIs, third-party integrations)
- Experience working with AI/ML applications and comfort with prompt engineering
- Previous experience in high-growth startup environments
- Enterprise customer-facing experience
- Ability to balance technical depth with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to support customers outside typical 9-5 hours
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Background in implementing enterprise-level AI services
- Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Proven track record of successful customer implementations
- Startup experience combined with enterprise software knowledge
