Job Summary:
As an Inventory Solutions Fulfillment Representative, you will provide hands-on inventory management services at customer locations in Arizona. You’ll be responsible for traveling to assigned accounts once per week to manage product restocking, ensure correct inventory levels, troubleshoot vending systems, and maintain strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Site Visits: Travel to assigned customer locations once per week (typically Wednesday or Thursday) to provide vendor-managed inventory (VMI) services and restock vending programs.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, restock, and receive products at customer locations to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Labeling & Updates: Ensure correct labeling is in place and communicate any needs for updates and improvements.
- Customer Relationship: Serve as the professional, customer-facing contact, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Problem Solving: Address customer issues on-site and promptly relay any unresolved matters to the appropriate team members.
- Documentation: Follow standard operating procedures at customer sites and ensure accurate documentation of all actions taken.
- Vending System Maintenance: Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs to vending equipment, ensuring continuous operation.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement to the manager.
- Training & Support: Train and demonstrate inventory solutions to customers and assist them in utilizing the services provided.
- Preventive Maintenance: Enact and maintain a preventive maintenance program for vending machines and other equipment.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, confidentiality agreements (NDAs), and customer facility requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Required:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach, use hands to handle or feel, and occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Frequently lift and move up to 56 lbs, occasionally lift more than 75 lbs, and infrequently push/pull over 115 lbs.
- Specific vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Preferred: Experience in a warehouse, plant, or similar environment is helpful but not required.
