Groundskeeper
CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, hourly rate
COMPENSATION: $17-18 per hour
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Groundskeeper is primarily responsible for the overall cleanliness and safety of a Redstone community. This is accomplished by ensuring that all indoor and outdoor common areas, hallways. parking garages, etc. are cleaned regularly and kept clear of snow/ice and debris
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
- Assist with basic repairs and other general maintenance duties.
- Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork.
- Maintain a safe, tidy and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways and all other common areas.
- Ensure that the property is free of trash, debris and animal waste.
- Ensure that the grass and landscaping are well maintained, including the watering of flowers.
- Participate in Redstone training as required.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant industry experience (janitorial or cleaning)
- Demonstrate experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight
- Must have a friendly demeanor
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work 4-6 hour standing shifts
Salary : $17 - $18
