Private Wealth Funding Associate
CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, Exempt
COMPENSATION: $80,000 depending on experience

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Private Wealth Funding Associate to join our growing team. This role is critical in expanding our investor base and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and private wealth platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, a deep understanding of investment strategies, and the ability to engage and build trust with investors. This role will play a key part in executing the firm’s private wealth capital-raising strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Execute targeted outreach strategies to engage private wealth platforms, independent wealth advisors, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Conduct direct outreach, including cold calling and networking, to build and expand the firm’s investor base.
- Develop and present persuasive investment proposals, ensuring alignment with investor needs and firm objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure investment opportunities and effectively communicate deal fundamentals to prospective investors.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, private wealth advisors, and family offices.
- Maintain ongoing communication with current and prospective investors, keeping them informed on market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance.
- Represent the firm professionally at investor meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Organize and participate in investor-related events, including social and entertainment activities such as golf outings, skiing, and networking dinners.
- Identify new funding sources to diversify the firm’s investor base, leveraging existing networks and new outreach efforts.
- Track and report on investor engagement, acquisition efforts, and investment commitments.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, investment fundraising, capital raising, or investor relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or relevant experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience in real estate investment, private equity, financial advisory, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Sales acumen with excellent cold-calling and networking abilities.
- Professional presence with the confidence to engage with high-net-worth investors and financial professionals.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple investor relationships simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
