What You’ll Do
- Perform HVAC diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations for multi-family and commercial properties.
- Work directly with property managers to provide efficient, professional service.
- Help develop and refine company processes and best practices.
- Maintain service records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Train and mentor future technicians as the company grows.
What We’re Looking For
- 7 years of HVAC experience, preferably in property management or commercial settings.
- EPA certification required
- NATE certification preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and help shape company operations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
