What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Management Intern position at RecruitiX?
Compensation: $21 - $25 Hourly

We are looking for an intern to join our Global Brand Management Team. We seek someone who is a motivated team player who is passionate about the Skincare category and eager to bring new products to life for our Business Owners and their customers. Your role in this internship is to help us analyze our business and make recommendations to continue to innovate to be competitive in both products and go-to-market approaches to support our business owners and ultimately drive sales.
An example of a typical project would be:
- Managing parts of an ITM project from inception to post-launch, including brand strategy, product development, pricing strategy, creative asset direction, go-to-market planning and more. For example, category analysis internally and externally, competitive review, and recommendations to support our 2025 plans.
How would an intern contribute to the team’s success:
Bring a fresh and modern perspective into how to create new and innovative event experiences that link to enterprise and departmental strategies.
Qualifications:
- Desired Major: Marketing, Advertising, International Business
- Desired Class Year: Sophomore, Junior, Senior
- Desired Skills:
- A comfort level juggling multiple priorities, working collaboratively and efficiently to deliver results while meeting timeline due dates
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Ability to balance creativity and analysis, big picture thinking and detail-orientation, strategy and execution, and short-term and long-term vision
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams from different cultural backgrounds to achieve successful outcomes
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused, with a growth mindset and a passion for learning and innovation, positive attitude
