Key Responsibilities
The Business Analyst III will review and enrich client remediation populations, assist in resolving data discrepancies, and provide oversight to the KYC Refresh team responsible for obtaining updated AML data.

The Business Analyst III will interact with subject matter experts to develop FAQs, communicate with clients and sales teams to provide regulatory guidance, and organize client calls when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and enhance the client remediation population
- Assist in sourcing missing client contacts and address data discrepancies
- Provide guidance and oversight to the KYC Refresh team for AML data collection
- Act as an escalation point for client issues and troubleshoot cases
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop FAQs and standard responses
- Communicate with clients and sales teams to provide regulatory guidance and organize client calls
- Prioritize, track, and consolidate escalations in an organized manner
- Review cases before handing them over to the Business Control Unit for assessment
- Experience in KYC / AML and client onboarding
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage large data sets for tracking and analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to team needs
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience
- College or university degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in global financial institutions
- Prior experience managing client escalations in a cross-functional team setting
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Advanced Excel skills, including macros and complex formulas
- Experience working on large-scale remediation or compliance projects
- Strong understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) policies and regulations
- Prior experience in client communications and stakeholder management
