- Year-End Close: Proven ability to manage and execute year-end close processes effectively.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Strong background in financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support business objectives.
- Corporate Tax Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in corporate tax preparation and planning.
- Accounting Experience: At least 5-10 years of experience in accounting, including audit, year-end close, and financial reporting.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA): Must hold an active CPA license.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Experience with other accounting software and systems beyond QuickBooks is a plus.
