- Prepare quarterly forecasts, analyzing variances against plans, prior year, and financial commitments.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities through variance analysis and decision support.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in a finance role within a large organization, with exposure to both commercial and manufacturing environments.
- Strong Excel skills with experience in managing large datasets.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in verbal, written, and presentation communication across all levels of management.
- Experience in financial data analysis to support business decisions.
- Experience in the aerospace or defense industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools.
