What Youll Do

As our Head of Communications youll be at the forefront of shaping how the world sees us. This is not a maintenance role its a highimpact position where youll drive the conversation challenge misconceptions and position us as pioneers in the space.
Lead PR marketing & communications strategy by executing campaigns that strengthen our reputation engage our community and shift public perception.
Be the bridge between us and the outside world by working closely with media regulators and industry leaders to ensure were shaping the narrative not just reacting to it.
Navigate controversy with confidence. Crypto isnt always seen in the best light and we need someone who can turn scepticism into intrigue and excitement.
Support product launches & feature rollouts by making sure every innovation we build is communicated in a way that excites users and strengthens our position in the market.
Frontrun turbulence by anticipating challenges craft strategic responses and ensure we remain in control of our messaging through market shifts and regulatory discussions.

You understand or are eager to master crypto. You dont need to be crypto native but you should be excited to immerse yourself in the space and understand its nuances.

Earn 20% of $9000

Hiring Criteria

5 years experience as head of Communications in a reputable organisation i.e FAANG or fast paced tech start up.

Must have worked in a fastpaced startup environment where you have took ownership of work from start to finish.

Extensive experience leading PR Marketing & communications strategy that has successfully strengthened the brands reputation & engagement. (Please provide examples)

Experienced working extensively with Crypto Twitter & Social media platforms.
