- Preparing and processing legal documents, including briefs and appeals
- Drafting memoranda and other legal materials
- Assisting in the preparation of cases for trial
- Maintaining accurate time records and conducting conflict checks
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience within a law firm
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to produce documents from transcription
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
