HE OPPORTUNITY :
We have an exciting opportunity for a midlevel associate to join our growing Real Estate practice.
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
As an associate in the Real Estate Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.
YOU HAVE :
- At least 3- 6 years of experience
- Transactional experience with real estate and commercial finance transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures
- Debt and equity capital markets experience focused on the real estate industry
- Leasing and other general transaction experience
- Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required.
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
