Seeking a provider board-certified or board eligible in Hospice & Palliative Care
Hospital employed, permanent position
Clinical Responsibilities :
100% Palliative Care Services
Cover 2 Hospitals Located 30 minutes apart (Mainly based at 1 hospital)
100% Inpatient with plans to open an outpatient clinic in the future for follow up appointments
Average Daily Census : 8-10
Each hospital has very experienced and skilled Nurse Practitioners that you would oversee
Schedule : Monday - Friday
8am-5pm
No Call (There will be very light practice call when outpatient clinic opens)
EMR : EPIC
