- Looking for 1 MD with Family Medicine or General Internal Medicine with preference of Geriatric experience, however not required
- Starting late January / early February for 3 - 6 months
- Hours are 8 - 5, Monday - Friday
- Description of Work Assignment : Provide quality care to patients in a nursing home setting
- Breakdown of Clinic Days / Sessions and / or OR Days : M - F
- Schedule of Days / Times Needed To Work / Shift Hours : M - F 8 - 5 preferred or could consider M - TH 8 - 5
- On Call - Negotiable
- Procedures Provider Will Be REQUIRED To Perform : Admissions, discharges, acute evaluations, 30 days evaluations
- Patient Load : 8 - 12 patients per day
- Provider Particular Fellowship : Geriatrics
- Will Accept Experience Over Fellowship
- Board Status Requirement (BC / BE) : Family Medicine or General Internal Medicine or Geriatrics
- BLS - Required
- Additional Support Staff
- Working with APP's and MDs
- Mid Levels : Locums will not be responsible however an APP may need to consult with them
- EMR System : Point Click Care and EPIC
