Start : 5 / 5 / 25
Coverage needed per month : Mon-Friday 7am - 5pm,
Frequency of any Call needed : Mon - Fri; Call 5pm-7am
Schedule : Weekend Call Fri 5pm - Mon 7am . Due to scheduled accommodations we will need the locums to be flexible as the schedule may be different from month to month (Example : may work Monday to Monday, Friday to Friday, etc.).
They cover day and night call at both locations
Support staff : 4 NPs, 1 AP
Department Description : General Inpatient coverage to include ER Call. Neonate and Pediatric not required. Preferred skills included : Laparoscopic surgery, Radical cystectomy w / ileo-loop conduit, Radical prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Pelvic node dissection, robotic surgery, partial nephrectomies / intraoperative u / s, Renal and bladder u / s w / biopsy, TRUS biopsies, Incontinence procedures, penile prosthesis, ESWL, Brachytherapy
Robotics is a PLUS
Patient Volume : 10 patients per day
Patient Age Group : Adults
EMR / Documentation System : EPIC
EMR / Documentation system experience - Preferred
Special Procedures / Unit Details : Holmium laser certification preferred Advanced endoscopic techniques, Ureteroscopy
Lab and x-ray onsite
Board Certified Urology - Required
Active SC License - Preferred
CSR Required
DEA Required
Minimum Experience Required : 2 Years
Privileging Timeframe : 45 days with Active SC license, 120 without SC license
No IMLC
ACLS, BLS Required
