Our Customer Service Associates our responsible for assisting recteq customers with any inquiries they may have regarding the products sold by recteq, as well as service, tech, and warranty issues. This position will assist customers directly through phone and email communication. Associates should provide excellent customer service, exhibit expert level knowledge of recteq's products, assist customers with troubleshooting/testing components, and determine a resolution which could include warranty parts.
This position is full-time. Full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance coverage effective the first of the month following the date of hire. Other benefits offered are Life insurance, Short-Term Disability, Voluntary Long-Term Disability, 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, and Paid Time Off.

Job Responsibilities:
- Be on time and ready to provide great customer service at your scheduled time
- Be a team player who communicates effectively with coworkers, managers, and other departments (i.e. Retail/Warehouse Depts)
- Assist customers directly through phone calls and emails
- Handle sales process through to completion
- Handle service and warranty issues
- Maintain expert level product knowledge
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, testing components, and determine a resolution which could include warranty parts
- Ensure customers products are running to the customers satisfaction
- Follow Slack closely for updates on products, inventory, and sales
- Maintain close contact with your customer from start to finish
- Always follow up
- Maintain professionalism while showing empathy
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Netsuite preferred
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Associate/Representative is prefered
- Team player
- Friendly and upbeat personality
- Willingness to learn new things
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn recteq products and functions
