Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate professionally with clients.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support sales initiatives by promoting additional products or services when appropriate.
• Ensure all client services are delivered in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to type efficiently and accurately while engaging with customers.
• Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for data entry and analysis.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations effectively.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding client services.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.83 - $20.15 per hour
