Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and exceptional customer service to our clients and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office files and records
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and transcribing documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Utilize computer literacy skills to handle emails, documents, and spreadsheets
- Familiarity with DocuSign or willingness to learn
- Operate office equipment efficiently
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is a plus
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
