We are looking for a Managing Partner to oversee the growth of the brokerage firm while earning exceptional residual income. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to recruiting, educating, supporting and retaining agents. Candidate must be an excellent leader who has a proven track record of success in the real estate industry. We are looking for 1-2 unique and dynamic leaders for this position!
Experience:
- Minimum of 20 closed real estate transactions
- Minimum two years experience as a licensed salesperson
- Solid computer skills with knowledge of marketing tools and social media
- Ability to organize priorities and multi-task effectively
- Goal focused and results-driven is a must
- Clean background check

What We Offer:

- One-on-one Mentoring / Training / Coaching from brokers who have recruited hundreds of agents, supervised thousands of transactions & brokered over a Billion dollars in sales
