Job Overview:
We are currently hiring a full-time Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, and dependable, acting as the first point of contact for guests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This is a full-time role with flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Manage room reservations and keep guest information accurate in the system.
- Handle payment transactions accurately using both cash and credit cards.
- Work with other staff to ensure a positive and seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Comfortable using phones, front desk systems, and standard office tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and available for a flexible schedule, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Bilingual ability is a plus.
