Who We Are:
We are a family owned and operated wholesale produce company located in Highland, NY. With over 30 years in business, we provide the finest restaurants, schools, businesses and institutions in the Hudson Valley with fresh fruits and vegetables, cheese, meats, and other sundries. We source as often as possible from local farms and work hard to contribute to the health, wealth and sustainability of the Hudson Valley Region.
Who We Are Looking For:
A Rock Star Administrative Assistant to add to our team! This person must be reliable and have great customer service skills!
Position Details, Qualifications and Skills:
Answer phones and take customer orders
Assist any walk in customers
Extensive Filing
Print customer invoices
Print customer sales reports
Create and receive purchase orders
Issue credit memos
Clean and stock supplies as needed
Check in driver’s upon return of their daily routes
Receive customer payments on a daily basis
Deposit daily transactions in company software
Must have EXCELLENT Phone etiquette
Education, Experience:
- High School or Equivalent
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer Service
- Must be a reliable person.
- 1-2 years of clerical/administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
The schedule and hours for the positon are:
Monday - Friday
9am - 5:30pm
