Job Overview
Red Brick Property Management is hiring a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Assistant to support our internal teams and help keep our office running efficiently. This is a junior-level, in-office role focused on administrative and operational support—not client-facing work. You'll assist with a wide range of behind-the-scenes tasks including document handling, billing support, internal file organization, and coordination with the maintenance department.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and send onboarding documents for signature (e.g., via DocuSign)
- Maintain organized digital and physical files for properties, tenants, and owners
- Support office-wide documentation systems and file tracking
- Assist with billing workflows by sending invoices and tracking payments from existing clients
- Follow up on outstanding balances and escalate when necessary
- Support the maintenance department by generating vendor agreements, internal reports, and organizing work order data
- Assist with contract management and basic data entry
- Help maintain internal task lists and coordinate with departments to meet deadlines
- Identify ways to improve or streamline administrative processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or administrative training a plus
- 1–2 years of experience in an office, administrative, or operations role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive); experience with DocuSign, Dropbox, or Buildium is a bonus
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a structured, in-office environment
