- Work with Region Marketing team & National Artist Marketing teams to develop the overall artist marketing strategy for the artists, dancers and playground opinion leaders within your region.Identify, establish, and maintain a roster of consistent & on-brand long-term relationships with Regionally and Nationally relevant artists, dancers and playground opinion leaders within your region.Bring existing network and establish new relationships with artists and creative professionals specifically to participate in Red Bull Culture programs and build affinity for the brand and product.Customer service-oriented representation to artist communities and the music industry at large, embodying Red Bull's brand and values.Develop creative solutions for authentic product integration, brand attribution and messaging into artists channels, content and everyday lives.Negotiate artist / dancer ambassador agreements and contracts – including performance expectations and goals, retainer, bonus, branding rights, availability, schedule, and usage rights.Identify additional opportunities for partnership and activation within Artist Ambassador networks of partners and relationships.Set individual Artist Ambassador goals and expected outcomes aligned with SAMO Culture Marketing teams.Ensure messaging to consumers through Artist Ambassadors is on-brand, engaging, and inspirational.
- Identify opportunities to co-create inspiring projects with top Artist Ambassadors that drive strong brand attribution and represent Red Bull values.Help develop creative concepts and communication tools for Artist Ambassadors.Partner with Artists, Dancers and Playground OLs in the development of new event, content and project ideas.Partner with cross-region and cross-department stakeholders to design and develop artist ambassador integration opportunities across the organization to build an authentic product and brand connection.Develop and drive additional Artist Ambassador activation tactics such as content creation, on-site hosting, unique gifting.
- Create a marketing, communication, and performance plan for each managed Artist Ambassador.Ensure understanding of product efficacy and communication is fundamental for each managed Artist, Dancer and Opinion Leader.Lead artist-focused projects from ideation to activation, to evaluation and reporting.Model best practices for artist relations for regional Culture Marketing teams.Be the artist lead for all region Culture projects providing communication and guidance for all artist deliverables.Document best practices and share key learnings across the organization.Experience with the art of marketing and understanding traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies. Experience managing projects from concept to execution, including budget & timeline management. Production experience for live music and other culture-related events. Knowledge of regional and national cultural trends and scenes. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Must be fluent in English; additional language skills an advantage

The base salary range for this position is $85,600 - $128,400 cash incentives. Range may differ for NYC & SFO Bay Area work locations. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
