Human Resources Full-time Talent Business Partner Red Bull North AmericaSanta Monica, United States RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with : Partner with RBMN and Regional Marketing Leadership Teams to cultivate high-performance and top talent within assigned business unitsIs the “local expert” on all talent in their assigned client groups and proactively manages bench strength and internal movementPartners with leadership and people managers in driving clear and actionable mid-year and year-end performance reviewsPartners with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the timely filling of open roles and appropriate local strategyParticipates in the interview process for all Director rolesPartners with Leadership and people managers to enable high-engagement Facilitate all local programs, global and compliance training programsEvangelize and support strengths-based people management, including coaching managers on all related toolsBuild momentum and traction for Red Bull’s ”entrepreneurial development philosophy” by coaching leadership and people managers Proactively manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations as needed and provide clear direction / action to managersEnsure compliance with all Federal and State laws, as well as OFCCP Coach Leadership and managers on Red Bull compensation philosophy and drive managerial empowermentServe as local subject matter expert on basic compensation matters and redirect / escalate to Talent Operations and Compensation and Benefits teams, as appropriate

- A “local expert” on the talent who drives high-performance and provides results-yielding business partnership to the Leadership Teams, People managers and individual contributorsHigh performance and top talent in assigned client groupsCreates and maintains exceptional relationship with local TBPsBench strength / succession planningLeadership Teams and people managers are versed in Red Bull HR processes and tools, as well as people management philosophiesEmployees understand the Red Bull entrepreneurial development model and drive their own development and growthEmployee relations issues are identified early, enabling management of same with speed and efficiencyMinimum 5 years of Human Resources experience with at least 3 years of strategic partnership experience Experience facilitating client-facing Talent training programs Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information Experience in understanding and translating the priorities of the business and integrating the HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business Ability to influence and manage change and deal effectively with change management initiatives Ability to analyze data, identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee satisfaction, performance, and retention Strong planning, budgetary and project management abilities Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with familiarity of HR Information Systems

The base salary range for this position is $124,000-$186,000 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
