Daily work with Red Bull athletes, and occasional work with Non-Red Bull Athletes, on training and testing activations in our training center environment, remotely if needed, and occasionally ‘in the field’. Instruct athletes and coaches in these environments on technical and tactical principles regarding various training components. Collaborate with multiple disciplines, including physiotherapy, biomechanics, nutrition, mental performance, and business operations to prioritize shared athlete-centered outcomes and contribute to interdisciplinary projects. Contribute to the centers’ growth by leveraging networks and relationships to drive awareness and bring new athletes to the APC.

Design and implement comprehensive physical preparation programs and processes for performance and rehabilitation scenarios, personalized to the needs of individual athletes and specific sport demands, based on thorough needs analyses, assessments, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary APC team, regularly adjusting these programs based on athlete performance data and feedback. Coach multiple daily training sessions and effectively communicate complex concepts simply and understandably to athletes. Apply performance science principles to optimize athlete performance with an emphasis on evidence-informed practice and innovation in strength and conditioning, with opportunities to participate in ongoing research initiatives to advance our performance science understanding and application. Contribute to elevating the overall expertise of the program by proactively engaging in self-led, continuous learning and professional development, plus actively share new insights through presentations and discussions.
PERFORMANCE DATA, FACILITY, & BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Assist with the team's efforts in the upkeep and maintenance of the facility, equipment, and technologies.
