What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Producer position at Red Bull Media House?
The Senior Producer manages content creation for our Red Bull USA social media channels (Red Bull USA, Red Bull LFG, Red Bull 1520, Red Bull Air Force) and our global playground-specific vertical social media channels. Also, support the creation of mid-form content for YouTube, Red Bull TV/Red Bull.com and earned, social earned and regionally relevant content.
The Senior Producer, is a key driver of audience engagement and brand awareness on social media platforms. You will lead the development and execution of captivating short-form content specifically for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Your role will involve close collaboration with creative teams, the Santa Monica channels team, and external partners to ensure content is optimized for each platform, aligns with brand objectives, and resonates with the target audience.
You will create a unique ownable persona/tone for our channels and background as an end-to-end content creator with an acute understanding of what's trending and how/when that should be translated to a broader national social narrative.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
PRODUCTION OVERSIGHT
Ensure and manage a consistent pipeline of engaging social content for Red Bull USA & Main Channels across Earned and Managed social platforms from the Southeast region. Pitch and execute social content pieces to be distributed across all social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Oversee the production of short-form video content, from concept development to final delivery which is aligned with the social media vision (as defined by channel management) and turnaround. Provide guidance and support to Producers, addressing challenges and ensuring smooth production workflows. Collaborate with national channels and programming teams to ensure content is aligned with brand initiatives and platform priorities.
CONTENT DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION
Collaborate with creative teams to generate innovative and engaging content ideas that capture attention and drive engagement. Develop and produce social first content concepts around our marketing mix with a hyper focus on local relevancy. Oversee the production process, from pre-production through post-production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage relationships with external production partners, talent, and agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (influencers, creators, etc.) to produce high-quality content. Optimize content for each platform, considering specific requirements and best practices.
TEAM MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
Set clear production goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, establishing quality, cost-efficiency, and creative standards Manage and mentor a team of social media content creators and producers. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.

The base salary range for this position is $85,600 - 128,400 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.

- 5 years of experience in social media content creation and production, with a focus on short-form video formats.
- Experience developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts platforms, including their algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Expert in identifying where consumers live digitally, how they consume content, and how to engage them with content according to their consumption behavior
- Experience managing and leading a team of creative professionals.
- Creative vision and storytelling ability.
- Experience with social media platforms and audience behavior.
- Proficiency in video editing and production software.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
- Must have valid US Drivers License
