What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Specialist position at Red Bull North America?
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Logistics, this role will support Red Bull direct customers, distributor partners, Red Bull business units, third party logistics partners, and our global logistics supply chain team in Austria. Responsibilities includes coordination, management, and optimization of all tasks related to processing and release of customer purchase orders, product availability, customer support, vendor chargebacks, as well as leading operational optimization of how assigned key customers transact with Red Bull.
- 1 years' experience in supply chain-related roles
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Managing multiple deadlines and deliverables simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of logistics functions within SAP or a comparable ERP system preferred
- Analytical skills with Microsoft Excel
- Experience in MS Office Suite
- Travel 0-10%
- Permanent
