What are the responsibilities and job description for the On Premise Distribution Manager position at Red Bull North America?
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of On Premise Distribution, you will ensure implementation of our On Premise Standards, lead the best execution with your DSD distributors, and oversee relationship with our foodservice distribution network. You will manage distribution and volume goals within the region, and develop premium brand execution in channel according to our national strategy. Your main responsibilities will include: communicating priorities and driving sales programs, developing annual business plans, measuring goal execution, and monitoring sales/POS.
- 5 years of experience in Consumer Product Goods industry
- 4 years' experience leading teams and working with vendors
- Distributor, Supplier, or Broadline experience
- On Premise industry experience.
- Experience managing back end financial planning systems and budgets
- Negotiation experience
- Experience implementing successful sales and trade marketing strategies
- Valid Driver's License
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
- Travel 10-20%
