What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Manager, Culture Marketing position at Red Bull North America?
The Culture Marketing team is dedicated to building brand relevance by executing programs that foster creativity within communities focused on music, dance, art, and social innovation. The Sr. Culture Marketing Manager will support and lead the development and execution of culture-focused marketing projects within their region. Through events, artists, and influencers, you will build local and regional brand affinity while aligning with global strategies. This role includes planning, executing, and managing projects that create strong connections between the brand and the creative community, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lifestyle, experiential, and culture-related marketing.
- Strong understanding of both traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies.
- Event production experience for live music and other culture-related events.
- Proven experience managing projects from concept through to execution, including budget management.
- Knowledge of regional and national cultural trends and scenes.
- A demonstrated ability to work in creative, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Must be fluent in English; additional language skills an advantage
- Travel 30-40%
